Payment.

Payment is due at the time of service by cash, check or credit/debit card. There will be a processing fee for returned checks.

Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance or missed without notice will be charged at the rate of your scheduled service.

Insurance.

Dr. Secrest does not participate with insurance plans and cannot bill them directly.

Should you wish to personally file a claim for an out-of-network service, an invoice can be generated for you, which will include the date of service, diagnosis code and service codes.
